So it seems that the whole world is about to get popup blocking with MSIE 6 SP2. Great. But at the same time, AOL removes the option "Don't show AOL Today popup on startup" from its new version of AIM (I have 5.5.3501). ROOOOGGGGGGNNNTUUUUUUDJJJJUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

So I removed it myself, permanently. Launch regedit and look for key ShowAimTodayWindow. If you have more than one AIM account on your computer, make sure you are modifying the correct user (look at the status bar at the bottom of the window and check if you AIM nick is in). Then right-click on the "ShowAimTodayWindow" string and select Modify. Turn the 1 into a 0 in the dialog and click OK. Close regedit's window. It's done.
