Today has been the first time I've been able to build Nvu (on Solaris, using Forte compilers, in the same environment
in which I build mozilla, firefox and thunderbird nightly), but it crashes on startup

I am having good success with 0.17. The ftp Site Manager client is very helpful for a semi-newbie to html like me. I used Composer before, but have completely switched to Nvu at this point, even at only .17 release THANKS!
<feature request>
One thing I use Nvu for is to create HTML for ebay listings to sell some books from a family member's collection. With remote hosting on my web site it would be really handy to be able to "browse" images with an absolute URL reference using the Site manager feature.
If that is not possible, would it be possible to right click an item in the site manager sidebar and copy the absolute URL for easy pasting into the image location field.
Of course this is not necessary for many uses of Nvu and may not be very high on the list of things to do, but some type of "right click and paste" or "remote image browsing" would be very handy.
