I'm still surprised to see large corporations willing to use Instant Messenging as a productivity tool when I see this. Hum.
Real large corporations use MicroSoft "'MicroSoft Network' Messenger", not the poor America OnLine "'America OnLine' Instant Messenger".
Jabber is the way, jabber will beat them all...
I'm more surprised that they use Microsoft's Windows, Idiot Exploiter and Orifice...
The msn technology is used by Reuters company and it has had the approbation to be used as a trading tool : any transaction can be done by trader with the phone, online trading plateforms and now with IM tools also ...
