about:config

I think we need a file (or more) giving descriptions for all pref entries listed in about:config. That way, we could display that information in about:config inline or through tooltips.

For a start, there is Preferential (preferential.mozdev.org/)... If I remember correctly, the description of preference was in a RDF file.
