I had to back out for 0.30 my patch allowing to specify a URL on command line. The problem is now fixed, and it's now possible to say nvu -edit http://example.com. It'll be, as promised, in 0.40
nvu -edit http://example.com
Could you tell me, where can I download the nightly builds?
Yeah. They would be really helpful for testing purposes.
"...Sorry to say, but Mozilla.org sucks on documentation..."
Boy isn't that the truth!!!!!
Unfortunately, it appears to me that some/many? of the user issues with FF and other related projects are shared with NVU. Undoubtedly because of the shared code base and CSS.
Lets hope that NVU will break that pattern. (The pattern of lacking documentation)
Please accept my compliments on your work.
Do you plan on contributing comments/answers to NVU Forum?
I wouldn't want to see it impact improvement, but MANY times a quick, short reply from you could short circuit a lot of frustration on the part of users. (At least until the documentation effort gets moving.)
