Marcia just let us know that she wrote a book with Chris Hofmann and John Hedtke. Called "Firefox and Thunderbird Garage", that's a book for users: "This book is meant to be an introduction to the many features of Firefox and Thunderbird".

Even if this book is excellent news for Firefox's and Thunderbird's users - this book being written by Mozilla Foundation folks themselves - I think another book is missing, a much more important book for the future of Mozilla : "XPCOM and Embedding Mozilla". Something up-to-date, precise, complete, allowing programmers to build new projects above Gecko, explaining the SDK, the subtile ns*Strings, how to write a wxWindows wrapper for Gecko, and so on. Oh, and of course with a "Embedding Mozilla Editor" section, of course :-)
