Bought the dvd of "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind". Even the sexy Kirsten Dunst dancing in panties cannot make forget how lame the movie is. We have a word in french that fits perfectly : "minable". If you pondered buying that dvd, forget it and spare your money for better stuff.

This was one of the best movie last year (in my mind). I'm surprised you did not like it. Is there any special reason or is it just the whole movie that is minable?
That is why people rent dvds before buying
Je ne sais pas quoi penser, le film est assez moyen mais Michel Gondry est un grand réalisateur, il a une maitrise du visuel très impressionnante même si il s'est plus illustré dans les vidéoclips et les pubs que dans le cinéma.
so it's the movie that's abysmal, or the dvd feature set itself? when i saw it at the cinema, i was quite pleased...like a long, well made tv advert. but i imagine it would not withstand repeated viewing...

I didn't like the movie either but I found some things beautiful.
It's Kirsten Dunst. Kate Winslet plays Jim Carey's girlfriend while Kirsten Dunst plays the doctor's secretary.

Ce film est une belle merde et le branlotage qu'on fait autour de Gondry est totalement injustifié. Ça fait plaisir de voir une opinion similaire à propos d'un conte mtv-esque.
