So if you're a top spammer, you face up to nine years in jail. Wow. Nine years. Just for sending emails. But for stock fraud and obstruction of a federal securities investigation, you get "only" 5 months in federal prison, 5 months of house arrest and fined $30,000 today. That's so unbalanced it is shocking. And ridiculous.

He got nine years because he scammed people out of $750,000 a month for over 3 years. Martha wasn't sentenced for insider trading. She was sentenced for lying to Federal investigators. HUGE difference.

Well that's not really anti-american AFAICT - it is just that US news get more visibility than other, but Daniel usually has the same amount of bashing for French stuffs, except he writes them in French to target his audience better
Actually Daniel often writes his posts quickly... some may say too quickly
And for your spam problem, I suggest you use Thunderbird, you'll get less than a few per week...
