Just found a bad side-effect of colorized source view on the nsHTMLContentSerializer, and that's why it sometimes looks like the source view is wrapped at column 30... Working on it.

Do not edit a long (30+ chararters) in <title>xxxxxxx</title> in Source. If you do, NVU will chop it off before publishing.
I think the whole wrapping problem in source view would go away if you got rid of the line numbering and made source view a plain text area.
