Thanks you so much for all the condolences messages I received here on this blog or directly in my mailbox. I never intended to leave the comments open on the previous post but I was not myself when I wrote that, and apparently, I forgot to click on the "save" button to commit the changes. I really appreciated the messages, thanks again. In the nightmare I'm currently living, support does help.
I am still not back at the office full-time, the funerals should take place on wednesday, and I have to spend time with my father who's completely lost. I have a lot of things to do for my family and I will probably not be back on code before the end of next week. Of course, that will delay Nvu 1.0 and other projects at Disruptive Innovations. The world can wait, right?

Comments
take your time man, we'll be here. good luck.
Perhaps, that was a good thing to let the comments open. I hesitated a while "Should we leave a comment or send him an email ?" then I thought that you probably would receive tons of emails (not only for your mother) during these few days, and it was not useful to add another email.
Leaving comments open on this post was like a book that the family can leave at the funerarium and anyone who comes can write a few words (we did that for my grandfather).
Un deuil... En retard, toutes mes condoléances. Et surtout, courage. Pour sa mémoire et pour les vivants. Et prends tout ton temps, car oui le monde peut attendre.
It's only computer, it's only software, and the other is life. don't flat those layers
Franchement, qu'est-ce que sont quelques lignes de codes comparés à la perte d'une personne chère ? Prends ton temps, prends soin des tiens en ce moment difficile, c'est ça le plus important.
"The world can wait, right?" --> Totally agree with that. Family comes foremost.
Take ur time, my condolences.
