i think you should quickly hire a crew of about 10 people to help you out make NVU ready for final. why are you doing all that work alone? there are so many people willing to help you!

It may be not so easy to pay that crew...

Excellent work on NVU. Looks like most of the bugs are fixed. I was able to use NVU for production use for two sites totalling 12,000 files by .8. And it seems to be able to handle almost any complexity of stylesheet I throw at it. I am really looking forward to 1.0 final. I have thought of buying Dreamweaver to do some advanced stylesheets, but it looks like NVU is doing as well or more likely much better, so I think I will save the money for some better computer hardware.

NVU is a great product! I have developed web sites that utilize NVU in a webdav environment. Works great. Some web people are so stuck on the old concept of databases and forms based web page editing (such as htmlarea). In a some cases it's unavoidable, but in many cases it's avoidable. At Wisconsin Department of Commerce we have a sophisticated web site that utilizes NVU, Apache, and Cocoon in a flat file based system. No need for a database. NVU has made web page editing in an environment like ours a lot easier. We are also using NVU for content editing in a few special publishing environments.

Keep up the great work!
