Microsoft Expression Web Designer

A while ago, I said I was impressed by Microsoft Expression. I still am. But I took a look at the video ads Microsoft has about Web Designer and saw their CSS editor...
Open this link, select the "Web designer" tab and watch the "Extensive CSS Formatting" video.
Compared to this, even CaScadeS and its very basic user interface looks like a designer's dream. I just cannot understand how Microsoft can put so much value into a nice and complete a Web IDE and at the same time have a so ugly dialog for CSS styles. Really weird.
I think they completely missed the point. You can change 'inline style' margins and paddings using the mouse directly acting on an element but the dialog letting you specify CSS rules in a CSS stylesheet has a Windows 3.1 feeling. How lame...
