- shoes and belts forbidden in the cabin, must be in luggages
- earrings, necklaces and piercings forbidden in the cabin
- no more drinks and snacks or food in the cabin, even provided by the airline itself, even for long flights ; passengers should drink and eat enough before take-off for the duration of their flight ; no exception tolerated for infants and elderly passengers
- all passengers go directly from security checking in the airport to a cloakroom where they change clothes to wear orange jumpsuits ; passengers will get their clothes back at the destination airport
- sets of false teeth, pacemakers and prosthetic aortic valve forbidden in the cabin
- and eventually passengers forbidden in the cabin

According to the article:
Problem to solve: "The explosive was hidden in a portable radio which was hidden in checked baggage."
"Solution": "[passengers] would not be permitted to carry any hand baggage on board any aircraft departing from any airport in the country."
So the people who wanted to carry explosive in their checked baggage will have to put it in their checked baggage. Yeah, this is going to deter them, for sure...
And you won't be allowed to take a pee during the flight as you may have swallowed some liquid explosives.
Well, as everyone knows, farts are made of methane, imagine if several conspirators eat beans in advance and fart at the same time, and ignite the methane creating a powerful explosion.... Ban the beans!
If you knew how easy it is to make liquid-based explosives, you wouldn't question the reality of the threat. At age 14, I found a very simple recipe in a scientific magazine, bought the products in different stores, mixed them up in the backyard and 30 seconds later... BANG! An explosion that shoock all the windows around the block! Interestingly enough, I recalled the incident when boarding a plane recently, thinking it would be only a matter of time before some nuts get hold of the recipe. I don't think any of these liquids, when packed separately, would trigger a bomb detector. Mix them together in the bathroom of an airplane, et voilà: 400 people down.
Pierre, I am not questioning the threat at all. I am just saying that there are so many natural explosives in the world (let me remind you that a grain elevator explodes very well when air is saturated with corn dust, and firedamps are exactly similar) that Naked Air is the only solution
Even naked air is not the solution. You can easily stuff a large amount of explosives inside a human body, along with a detonator. Since you can make the bomb and the detonator from liquids it is going to be damn hard to detect, even with X-rays and whatnot.
Naked air ! And what about silicone breasts implants ?

The good news is that by disturbing the air traffic world-wide, even terrorists are actually contributing to the effort to slow global warming on Earth.

Actually, implants could be the next danger, after all it would be easy to put them as a gel, implant them and then insert a detonator...
