Obama, Peace Nobel Prize

There is something seriously rotten in the Peace Nobel Prize process:
- submission of candidates' deadline is 1st of februrary
- Obama came into office the 20th of january, ten days before the deadline, and did nothing serious to deserve the Peace prize before that date
This is just ridiculous, sorry to say.

Now you know that during the 7 next years, Iran, Israël (sorry to have those two country side by side in the same sentence), and all the others will have to discuss with a Peace Nobel Prize.
Next step, canonization in his lifetime- at the beginning of its next mandate?

Bref oui Obama deserves the nobel prize because of his work of appeasement between peoples. Just remember who was the guy before him at the head of U.S. and what the guy did, now just compare. Then have a look at who won the peace nobel prize before http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o... and you'll see that he is far from being the most ridiculous one and he is certainly one of the most influential (and so one of the most effective). Of course we all aggre that for now Obama did nothing tangible but he still deserves the peace nobel prize just because he goes the other way his predecessor did.

ben oui, j'suis plutôt pour voir un tel homme avec un prix Nobel,et surtout celui-ci ... Néanmoins, je trouve ce don de "récompense" un peu précipité ... Nous sommes des "billions" dans le monde à soutenir son travail (enfin un qui a les couilles de dire haut ce que bcp pense bas) ... mais laissons lui le temps de voir comment ces idées vont, enfin, changer les communions entre les peuples ... Lui donner maintenant ce "prix" est un peu comme nourrir ses poules avec de la nourriture avariée tout en vantant leur pontes ... quoi qu'il en soit, Mr Obama, I'll support your human mankind crusade ...best regards to all ....
